At Matchwaves, we stand behind the quality of our grilling gear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. 30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
2. Non-Returnable Items
To ensure hygiene and safety for all our grill masters, we cannot accept returns for:
Used Grilling Accessories: Any item that shows signs of use, charring, or food residue.
Personalized/Custom Orders.
3. Return Shipping Costs
Defective or Wrong Items: If the return is due to our error (you received an incorrect or defective item), Matchwaves will cover the return shipping costs.
Change of Mind: For all other returns (e.g., "ordered by mistake" or "no longer needed"), a 15% fee will be charged to cover shipping and restocking costs.
Order Cancellation:
①Before Shipment: If your order has not yet shipped, you can cancel it for a full refund. Please contact us as soon as possible to make the request.
②After Shipment: For orders that have already shipped, cancellation depends on whether the shipment can be intercepted. If interception is not possible, you will need to receive the order and then follow our return process. Please contact our customer service team for assistance and detailed instructions.
③Change of Mind Returns: For non-defective items returned after receipt, a 15% fee will be charged to cover shipping and restocking costs. Please ensure the item meets our return requirements to avoid additional fees.

4. How to Start a Return
To start a return, please contact us at support@matchwavesgrill.com with your Order Number and Photos of the item's condition. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
5. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
6. Damaged or Faulty Goods
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (within 48 hours) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
