Thank you for choosing Matchwaves. We are dedicated to delivering your premium BBQ accessories as quickly and reliably as possible. Below are the details of our shipping policy.
1. Shipping Scope
We currently ship exclusively to the United States (excluding Hawaii, Alaska, and P.O. Boxes/APO/FPO addresses).
2. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer Standard Shipping for all domestic orders.

-FREE On Orders Over $35
-Estimated Delivery Time: 2-5 business days after the order has been processed.
Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to seasonal peaks or carrier issues.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can track your BBQ gear directly on our website or via the carrier’s portal.
5. Fulfillment Center
To ensure the fastest delivery, your orders are fulfilled through our local partner warehouses and Amazon FBA fulfillment centers across the United States. This allows us to get your grilling tools to your doorstep in the shortest time possible.
6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Matchwaves is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
7. Damages
If you received your order damaged, please contact our support team at support@matchwavesgrill.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
