To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging. 2. Non-Returnable Items To ensure hygiene and safety for all our grill masters, we cannot accept returns for: Used Grilling Accessories: Any item that shows signs of use, charring, or food residue. Personalized/Custom Orders. 3. Return Shipping Costs Defective or Wrong Items: If the return is due to our error (you received an incorrect or defective item), Matchwaves will cover the return shipping costs. Change of Mind: For all other returns (e.g., "ordered by mistake" or "no longer needed"), a 15% fee will be charged to cover shipping and restocking costs. Order Cancellation: ①Before Shipment: If your order has not yet shipped, you can cancel it for a full refund. Please contact us as soon as possible to make the request. ②After Shipment: For orders that have already shipped, cancellation depends on whether the shipment can be intercepted.
