Return Shipping Costs Defective or Wrong Items: If the return is due to our error (you received an incorrect or defective item), Matchwaves will cover the return shipping costs. Change of Mind: For all other returns (e.g., "ordered by mistake" or "no longer needed"), a 15% fee will be charged to cover shipping and restocking costs.
