1. 30-Day Return Window You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging. 2. Non-Returnable Items To ensure hygiene and safety for all our grill masters, we cannot accept returns for: Used Grilling Accessories: Any item that shows signs of use, charring, or food residue. Personalized/Custom Orders. 3. Return Shipping Costs Defective or Wrong Items: If the return is due to our error (you received an incorrect or defective item), Matchwaves will cover the return shipping costs. Change of Mind: For all other returns (e.g., "ordered by mistake" or "no longer needed"), a 15% fee will be charged to cover shipping and restocking costs. Order Cancellation: ①Before Shipment: If your order has not yet shipped, you can cancel it for a full refund. Please contact us as soon as possible to make the request. ②After Shipment: For orders that have already shipped, cancellation depends on whether the shipment can be intercepted. If interception is not possible, you will need to receive the order and then follow our return process.
